I visited Ulta on 5140 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77056 today. After my doctors appointment and my son was buy a birthday present for his sister. At 75 my makeup is limited to nice eyebrows and lipstick and plenty of moisturizer. On a whim and since I was in the store for the first time I decided I find a new lipstick. I wondered around and was disappointed that I couldn’t find other products that I usually find at my local drugstore. So I wondered over to what’sappeared the pinker side of the room. And that’s where I met Lacy a wonderful and kind and generous with respect young woman who help me. Not only did Lacy take her time being so courteous but she found a perfect coral perfect for my skin tone she was gentle when I brought attention to the line from my lips. She found a product to spray to set my lipstick from running. I came home a realized how well it all worked. I thank Lacy for reminding me “you’re living your best life, and that’s all that counts”. You are a great employee and an outstanding woman.

Worst experience ever in store and online . A cashier returned my item I ordered online with a receipt as a non receipt return . And the manager couldn’t undo what she done . I was there for a hour and half with my 2 year old ( imagine how that was ) and the issue wasn’t resolved manager said online will send me a gift card for the amount . Week and half later didn’t receive email they said it was denied. I had to explain what happen again and they told me to go into store and next day went to another manager who said on the phone a day before she can get it resolved. Waste of time because she couldn’t even help as well . Online open case again and when I received my gift card for the cashier error she did my ULTA online account was closed so I can’t order online no more . Reached out to a supervisor online and they told me it was because I open a case for the gift card ( which didn’t make sense it was my money that wasn’t returned). And I can only shop in stores for now on. I will never shop with Ulta Ever Again. And I also had an issue 2 years ago with missing items from order.

I had a great experience shopping at Ulta Beauty. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of products to choose from, including both high-end and affordable brands. The staff was friendly and very helpful—they took the time to answer my questions and recommend products that suited my needs without being pushy. I especially appreciated how easy it was to find everything, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. They also had great deals and promotions, which made my visit even better. Overall, I highly recommend Ulta Beauty for anyone looking for quality beauty products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

I went to the Ulta in Westport Ct and was helped by Susan. She was so informative and knew her products through out the store and could guide me to the best products for me. I really appreciated her knowledge and care. Thank you.

I had an experience of being abused by a manager at the ulta store off capital blvd. On poyner place in raleigh nc. She was abusive, angry, unreasonable, and attempted to embarrass me in front of other customers. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. In the parking lot afterwords, a woman asked if I was ok and we agreed we would not shop at ulta anymore after that. I attempted to contact the district manager, since it was the manager being abusive, and got obfuscation by an Indian call center. I was never given access to make a productive complaint that might address damage being done by this woman. I can buy everything I have ever bought from Ulta directly online and will do so from now on, as will anyone who cares to listen, no doubt. It’s a shame they are so bad at customer service, even as their stock is falling.

JESSIE WILCOX is amazing, she will spend time with you and answer all your questions no matter how big or small. She really cares and will make sure you get what you are looking for. She doesn't rush you as if you are bothering her. I ask tons of questions and she is very patient and generous with her time. She is GREAT!!

I can’t say enough good things about my stylist! Daniela Ponce at Ulta Hair Salon in Osprey Fl specializes in curly hair care and color. Daniela is talented, kind, and truly knows how to make you feel pampered. My haircut and color turned out even better than I imagined. She has a genuine passion for her craft!

I went into Ulta hoping for a consultation to have my hair cut and services for a coil style. After speaking with Joan B at Ulta in Noblesville Indiana, she assured me that she could do my hair and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it came out. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my natural hair and how best to have my coils last and after a week, I can honestly say this style has lasted longer than normal. I made a follow up appointment for a deep conditioner, as suggested by Joan and I plan to refer other people to her as well.

I have had nothing but trouble with Ulta Beauty and especially the online customer service. Tonight I called because I have been wanting to make a purchase on the app and every time I try, it gives me an error message no matter the way I try and pay. I called customer service and absolutely no help. I tried going in the store today but only one person working the checkout and huge line so had to leave. Salon prices are extremely pricey. I wish they actually cared about taking care of their customers.

I have been a customer at Ulta Beauty Shop for several years. I have to say I am more than satisfied with my beautician Mercy. Mercy is very knowledgeable about hair care, very pleasant, and very professional. If you are looking for a great beautician, call Ulta in Johnson City and make an appointment.

I have been a customer 15+ years. I recently placed an order for cologne set and perfume. I used $120+ in points and the rest on my card. The package was opened and label was torn and had to be reprinted, label clearly states that as well as tracking. When I received the perfume was gone and one cologne was taken from the set. I reached out to ulta and was told the shipment weight was correct when it left and they couldn’t help. I wasn’t disputing that, clearly after it left it was opened and items were taken and the label was reprinted. I’ve spoken to multiple people and don’t get a response or they just say they can’t help. They just stopped responding on Facebook messenger after being told "thank you for your understanding" I will never order from ulta again.

El día de ayer fui a la tienda que queda en la 6775 Eagle Watch Dr, Orlando, me trataron muy mal, fui a comprar un perfume entonces pregunté que donde estaba y me señalaron la vitrina el mismo producto decía tener un regalo por su compra a lo cual pregunté cuál era el regalo me dijeron no sé en la caja saben , me acerqué a pagar y le pregunté a la señorita la cual me dijo que no sabía le pregunto a la compañera de alado y ella le dijo cuál era el regalo , no pidió que la esperara , nada se puso a buscar en las estanterías que tienen detrás de las cajas , estaba molesta , decía yo no encuentro , se acercó y me dijo el valor que tenía que pagar , y le pregunto y el regalo me respondió de manera muy mal educada que no encontraba y yo le dije que en este caso que se puede hacer y de manera burlona me dijo nada , no hay , le dije que quería hablar con la manager , la llamo , está de acercó , ni me saludó , me quedé con el saludo en los labios ni me miró , no me preguntó qué pasó , nada , buscó en las mismas estanterías y encontró , se lo dio a la cajera y ya !!! Pésima atención , tengo la tarjeta desde hace tiempo y no me dijo de mis rewards 🥹

I booked my appt for full highlights at 10:15 and i waited for 30 mins. i took from Elite level to get better results. Price was showing while online booking $177z I was told it might require extra time so for extra 30 mins beyond 3 hrs it would charged extra 65$. it took 3 hr 15 mins. I was charge extra for all 30 mins 65$ in 3 hrs so i was forced to pay 6 time 65 which is $390$ instead $177. she said i got major transformation package but i dont see my highlights at all forget about major.

I had a minor shaping cut done, left with wet hair to air dry (took about 10 minutes to cut, a curly cut was done) and when I called back 10 days later to ask for additional tweaking as the cut wasn’t tapered enough (as requested), was told I’d have to pay in full again as there’s only 7 days allowed for adjustments. I wasn’t told of the 7 day policy and wash my hair weekly so wasted my money including the generous $45 tip I left. Customers should be informed of that policy and from a customer relations perspective, an exception should have been made. Surely won’t shop there for any reason again.

I whent in with my friend usually service is pretty quick and fast and this time was aswell but I really enjoyed Araceli’s conversation and how nice and conversational she was really have to give her her flowers shes so tea and nice🤏🏽

Go get your brows done by Courtney at the Kennewick Ulta! She shapes brows beautifully and the tint she does lasts and lasts. She is personable and truly listens to what you want done. I recommend her completely. If you want to look your very best Courtney is your girl.
