We had worst experiences with Ulta Beauty Manteca location
1) They don't show and help on beauty products for Indians
2) My Daughter had hair cut at Ulta beauty Manteca(Sep 15th) and Salon assistant is very rude and they have behavioral issues mainly against Indian community.
