They continuously do not send the free gift I earn during the beauty event. It’s in my cart. I am supposed to get one and then I don’t . Then I call and they want ship the gift on its own. So they offer a 10 e-card . The fits is valued at $120. It’s a scam to get you to buy things. My daughter gets hers everytime and I do not and ulta refuses to make it right.
I believe I am being scammed to buy things. I am sure I am not the only one. Fed up with Ulta
