Went in to the store in Homestead Fl. I have a friend and an adult child who are Transgender. Since the election in’24 I am in constant fear and anxiety for their safety. I wanted to see if it would be a safe place to bring my friend for some makeup tips or if they would be ridiculed or stared at. Alysha was so understanding , friendly and reassuring an insisted that my friend would be treated in a professional and accept way. I get emotional even talking about my fears for them , especially now. Alysha took the time to acknowledge my fears and was very empathetic. She then informed me that they have a full salon in the back for hair, etc. I had no Idea. I have curly hair and I have been going to the same stylist since 1987 I just wanted to make you aware of what a treasure you have in Alysha!
