I went to get a full highlight foil, platinum blonde, and I come out a dirty ash blonde this was at the San Marcos, California location. Three months ago prior to that I went to the Oceanside location and the same thing happened. It’s not the toner they’re not using the right developer or the bleach. I have been going to Ulta for many years. I am completely unsatisfied. I paid $225. That includes a tip and I am not happy. I work a full day to make that amount of money Amber who did my hair she was kind and sweet. She did do a lot of work, but she clearly did not get me. I brought pictures of how I’ve had my hair done in the past for the last 25 years. I’m actually taking this to corporate and I’m going to demand my money back and I’m gonna fight hard because I’m tired of getting screwed over by people that don’t know what they’re doing.
