Absolutely horrible! I have been looking forward to getting my ears repierced ( after yrs not able to wear earrings(double)). I booked a month ago, AND SAVED the little bit of money I have; looking forward to it this day & surprise my husband that I will finally be able to wear earrings my husband bought me again. I live about 40 min away I got all dressed ( I live way up in the mtns, so its a big deal to go to town). I scheduled with one of the girls that does it, who was highly recommended. So when I got there, I went to the cash register, and the girl went over to her and told her I was there, she asked me if I could wait thirty minutes because she's behind schedule with a hair appointment customer.I asked, does it cover both sets of earrings.They said, yes, then one of the girls came around and showed me the earrings to choose from etc, and so forth.I went and sat down inorder to wait 30 min., then they asked me what to sit in the chair, but, another girl came over and said, I hope it's okay that I do them because the girl you who was supposed to have do them is busy,and behind schedule, she went on to say, that or you can always come back!! Now my $ situation is tight & I live 40 minutes away.... an inconvenience is an understatement. I said, no, that's fine. You can do it do it then. I brought up. I'm getting them double pierced, and she asked me, which side or whatever, I stated.. double pierced, you know, one set on each side, I was confused becauseshe was looking at me confused. She got the manager, and I showed them what it said online. And they all agreed that it was misrepresented online, and it shouldn't state it the way it was and SHOULD STATE PER set!! every time I've gone anywhere to get earrings done for my granddaughters, or whatever it's priced as a set
Needless to say, I left and never plan to go back. And of course, I did not get my ears pierced, so I left with a day of disappointment.
