I have no problem with your item quality, but I have a problem with your customer services for instance last week I have an order which must be delivered on a specific day, but the carrier has changed and reschedule delivery day more than once. I chatted with the customer service center online hope they will solve my problem by either expedite the delivery process or refund, but the agent I was talking to who name Amy G just told me we can't refund you without explaining to me why finishing the chat window by having a nice day and disconnected the chat from her end.
Excuse me, what type of customer service is this leaving your customer at loose end with no answer, also not committed to the delivery date as stated on your website. I am very disappointed and will no longer do business with you guys and will not recommend your service to anyone I know.
