Been purchasing UA products for the family since my kids were younger till now all grown up. The product quality of UA is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. We love the detailed design and comfort for clothing and shoe items, etc. Our latest early this year 2025 purchase were 3 pairs of shoes. We realized that the sizes we ordered were a bit smaller and called the customer service number in Dubai. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service-especially the lady who attended my call (043812112), very nice and accommodating. Kudos to your Ma'am. Items were exchanged to the sizes we preferred within 2 days (including collection and delivery) and re-assured that if still the sizes were not ok just advise at once. But for now, all fits well.
