Ordered five items as Xmas presents on the 15th December in anticipation I would receive before Christmas. Silly me- two items were dispatched on the 19th, three on the 20th and then given to a courier who, although well known, managed to get the earlier package here on the 23rd and couldn't be bothered with the one scheduled for the 24th (despite the package being out for delivery)- these presents will be extremely late! If you're going to use an unreliable courier at least give them a chance and hand over the package in quicker then five days. Shame when you gain market share, get there and then get arrogant with your service- only one direction from here.
