ordered from UA online. Out of the three items I have ordered two didn't quite fit so I decided to return them. Refund was swiflty processed but only received it for one of the item returned. When I enquired with UA customer services the agent has confirmed that there was only one item in the return parcel. I felt completely cheated on and was utterly dissapointed. I have returned two items for refund and felt that there wasnt much effort made by UA customer services to try and resolve this matter. Reading other reviews I feel lucky enough to even receive a refund for one of the item returned. There seemed to be something seriously wrong with the way UA process refunds...
