This is totally unacceptable! You told me on a recorded line that this replacement order WILL be expedited to our billing address. That also has not taken place after the UA representative explained a problem with our original order. It is horrible customer service to promise a resolve that you have NO intention of doing. We could have easily purchased Reebok, Nike, or other merchandise without misleading information. The only reason we tried UA is that our 11 yo daughter liked the gear.
Now I have Jane on the phone having her manager (Dane) call me back. I had to instruct her to have Dane provide a time frame for a returned call. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I am a Manager of a business that resolves issues my company incurs and my communications to customers respect their time and situations.
Dane has advised that he will call me later today around 4pm Eastern time.
Very disappointing experience!
