Purchased a subscription for Whats on TV, the first magazine did not arrive in time for the start day on the Saturday. I had to purchase from a shop.
It needs to be sent on a guaranteed delivery service rather than just put in the post.
When it still had not arrived by the Tuesday I cancelled subscription, in fact the magazine still has not arrived several weeks later.
