An update.
My parcel HAS now arrived and intact!
Website still insists that it is 'In Transit' meaning that it hasn't reached the delivery depot. This is directly taken from the UPS.com website: "Your package is still within the UPS network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date."
So, I've given UPS another star (in my last review, I would have given them zero) because the information that I was told in an email from Customer Services (that my item would be delivered today) turns out to be true (who'd have thought it eh?)
I still wouldn't use them however given the overwhelming majority of negative reviews here and on other sites and my own personal experience.
