First and last time used by this company! The worst service ever! I recommend everyone don’t use this company as it is only a waste of time and money. Got a text msg with details and tracking number when it will be delivered and they stated has been delivered on a different day!! I was waiting all day for the parcel as it was Christmas present. Allergy they attempt 3 times to deliver my parcel but unfortunately CCTV shows something different ( no attempt has been made), but it never arrived. Called customer service and I spent 2 hrs on the phone having different version of the story such as: 1st your package has been sent back, 2nd your parcel is in the depot, 3rd your package hasnt been scanned from the driver (supervisor), 4th the depot is going call you back like that you can collect your parcel ( supervisor) - this never happened. 3 days waiting for an update ( phone, email, sms ) nothing at all. I wonder why would they have our contact details if then they don't bloody use it. Now this parcel is going back to the sender instead of being in a depot where it could be collected, thanks to this terrible company the parcel can't even be reshipped as the borders are closed. Thank you UPS FOR BEING SUCH AN INCOMPETENT company.
