I had ordered an item from PHILIPS and they were sending it to me by UPS delivery. A few days ago I received an email from UPS and they were told that the item will arrive in 20/01/2021 but half an hour before that last hour of delivering it to me they sent another email and wrote me they will deliver it tomorrow which is today. And today’s morning when I checked my item in the UPS app it says my parcel will arrive in 26/01/2021. Without any apology or alerting me before. And when I contacted them with the customer service they were just lying to me. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE UPS AT ALL.
