Absolutely disgraceful. If I had a option to leave 0 stars then that would be the case, your very lucky to be getting 1 star....
I posted a parcel with a good value to it. It was meant to have been delivered last week but the buyer has still not recieved it so I have had to now refund him his money back. I called UPS customer service yesterday, after being on the phone for 42 mins, all the lady could say was it is probably lost and I will need to make a claim. So she send me the link to make the claim. I go onto the link fill, in a couple of details for then to be told I can't make a claim, I need to call customer service. Its a bloody joke, I am going round in circles. All I want is my stock back or a refund to replace my stock. This is the last time I will be using UPS!! I will advise EVERYONE to avoid this company unless you would like to be disappointed.
