I have been waiting for my shipment since the 8th of February, with no explanation as to why the delay, dreadful customer service and no reply whatsoever to any of my emails. Certainly first and last time that I send anything through this company.
A few days later...
UPS and its facewashing strategy: they sent me an (obviously automated) email, saying that they would sort it, and still nothing. It has been a month since I sent the boxes and they still haven't arrived. Nobody has contacted me as to why this is happening, I have sent several emails to several directions and no reply. On the phone they say that "someone will contact you in 24h", well... it's the ninth time and still NO CONTACT!!!
