Will never use UPS again! Paid a premium for a small parcel to be sent express delivery to arrive the following day in Northern Ireland to a laboratory. The parcel was time sensitive and cost a lot of money (Covid19 test). It needed to get there within 66 hours otherwise the test is unusable. The parcel finally arrived 5 days late, by which time the test was unusable and i was unable to take my flight home.
The same issue then happened to me AGAIN the following week with another parcel, the parcel arrived to the laboratory after 5 days resulting in ANOTHER unusable void test result and ANOTHER missed flight.
I called UPS to question the location of my parcel and they advised that there was a problem with customs papers causing a delay . (Customs papers for Northern Ireland from England??)
If you cant deliver a service as promised, don't offer and charge people money for it!
I contacted UPS for a refund of the postage charge and was advised that the money back guarantee no longer exists.......disgraceful!
