UPS seems so poor that I would guess they are on the verge of being taken over! They lost 2 shipments of mine in less than a week, total value of both is around about £2000!
There is little or no prospect of any sort of successful claim in relation to either shipment, as they seem happy to lie through their back teeth to avoid any sort of liability.
I have been using various couriers for more than 20 years and would say that UPS is the very worst by a long way.
