Worst service - Package never delivered
I ordered an item as a gift online and the sender used UPS as service to deliver the item. Not only did the delivery date was delayed, I never got the item delivered. I kept contacting the customer service for UPS to hear their agents say that an investigation was being launched in the background. Only after a week I realised that nothing was happening the agents were lying so that when I call the next time someone else would deal with it. The customer service had least interest in helping me find the parcel or suggest alternatives. They kept telling me they were only answerable to the sender when I finally submitted a claims form myself. There were no updates and the agents just kept giving excuses and quoting timelines that investigation takes x business days and then you can re-submit the claim and so on. DO NOT USE UPS IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCTS DELIVERED AT ALL
