I had an important time sensitive item coming from Amazon. I waited by my front window for UPS to deliver but never saw them. When I checked the tracking it said the item had been delivered approximately 30 minutes before when obviously it had not. I called customer service which said they would radio the driver to come back and that a supervisor would call me back. Neither of these things happened. When I called customer service back the next morning I encountered a very rude woman who ignored my request to speak with her supervisor 5 times. Basically she stood by the item was delivered and she intended to do nothing. The package actually arrived 2 days later and still UPS shows it being delivered when it was not. Amazon should consider another service as I note almost all of the UPS reviews are bad. Nothing will change as it is obvious this is another large company that does not care. Maybe they would if they lost enough business.
