HORRIBLE! Sent a basic document via 2nd day air and it is lost. OK, things get lost. BUT, when I was at the local UPS store in Boonton, NJ the clerk took my docs and put them to the side w/the envelope, I had to ask her to put them in the envelope before I left, which I said nicely and thanked her. She rolled her eyes but did it. Then it gets lost, coincidence, maybe not. When it did not arrive at it's destination I called the 800 number, that's a freaking joke, you can't talk to a human. I called the local store, he said I'll call you back with information, NEVER DID! My attorney who was waiting on these docs called his local UPS and opened a case. A few days later the tracking site said sender was sent claim form. I wasn't sent anything. I call the local store again, the manager said she would look into it and call back. She did call back, said UPS gave up looking for my package. REALLY?! She said she would call them again and see if they could continue to search and call me back, well that was a week ago. Again, NOTHING. Don't use UPS, don't use the Boonton, NJ store. Cost me over $100 to replace those docs, but sent them FEDEX and they got to their intended location.
