The delivery man does not come and if he does by a miracle, he is unable (unwilling?) to push the doorbell button. UPS customer service is useless because after a complaint and request for a new delivery 4 times, nothing happens. The delivery supervisor has the nerve to question my word and defends his delivery man by saying he came (even though all passages are recorded on an app and the UPS call is magically missing). So after 1 week, the package that should have been delivered is still not delivered with promises (lies) that it will be delivered the next business day. So I am now going to pick it up myself at the UPS point because obviously UPS is not able (or too lazy) to make a first delivery as it should have been. No respect for the customer. Avoid using UPS like avoiding the plague if you can
