I ship 2 different packages and took the insurance to replace if broken. Both packages were broken. Filed a claim April 2020. Got a email saying that they approved the claim and was going to reimburse me. Here it is June 2021, a whole year later, nothing. I’ve went by the UPS store, called the store, called corporate office, everyone pulls up the claim, say they don’t understand why they haven’t sent my refund, they’ll look into it and still nothing. Very unprofessional, no need to get the insurance because if you file a claim, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. 🤥
