Worst service ever. I took an entire day off work because my package needed to be signed for. All day the website said delivered by 7PM. I called at 5:30 and the lady swore it would be there by 7. NOTHING!
Early the next morning I get an email that it will be delivered tomorrow (2 days late) and they expect me to take another day off to sit around all day, hoping that maybe they deliver it. The only way to make a change is to pay for it. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME AFTER SCREWING UP MY DELIVERY?
Never again will I use these worthless idiots.
