I received a parcel from Ups Perth city office, when I got home opened the parcel, it wasn't what my mother had sent me.
I called Ups Perth office and reported this, after them assuring me that they would help me get my original parcel. Few hours later they called to tell me that it was not their problem and I had to call Ups Kenya to do the follow up with my original intended parcel.
I did and ups Kenya, and one of their team representative said he will look into the matter.
My mother kept calling them and they said that they will get back to her until now.
Ups Kenya are fraudsters, and ups Perth did not take any action to assist customers to prevent this from happening or take legal action against Ups Kenya who are checking customers parcel and exchanging them with fake or wrong parcel.
What if those products they had repacked in my parcel were not allowed to enter Australia. What would have happen to me or my mother?
Ups Perth are not suppose to encourage this behaviour but take legal action.
