Where do I start
Terrible driver, rude, hyper sensitive and aggressive
Hit with exorbitant charges when parcel arrived from Italy, couldn't accept because they wouldn't take a card payment and I had no cash
Driver got shirty and threatened not to deliver parcel. I phone customer service based in Manila to pay the charges and they assure me there will be a redelivery.
Wait in several days for supposed redelivery after redelivery and nothing.
I complain and complain then they get the depot in Tamworth to call me who tell me the parcel was lost all along and they don't understand why Manila are telling it will be redelivered but they can't do anything to start an investigation I have to go back to the seller to initiate one. Why, it's missing ?! But neither the depot or Manila sausage factory can mark it as lost.
Sender tries to initiate investigation but told by her hone country that it's not lost, it can be redelivered (and mark it as such starting the whole saga again ), and I haven't paid the charges (but I'd paid a week before)
Go round and round and round in circles trying to resolve. Manila are useless and incompetent, can't think outside the box at all, expect you to do all the chasing. Their processes are completely flawed and failing.
The only way i got traction was to write to the UPS CEO (I guessed her email address) and suddenly everyone wants to help to resolve.
Apparently my parcel is in a "bag" somewhere in the depot and they're going to try and find it. It's clear to me that the terrible driver probably placed it there knowing it would be lost and he should be fired ! I want an investigation into him!
