I have to say, I was wrong about UPS. I don't know from where I get the view on UPS that this company is professional and the best on the market. Well, I was thinking this way before I starting to use it as a business partner.
I have a good view of UPS drivers, very polite and friendly. This is not the case. All system is broken. Customer service does not exist. When you will call them you will not get any pieces of information about parcels. Yes, they will tell you the location but you already know the location. From a business point of view, we have to deal with customers waiting for goods. When is the issue, and it is every single shipping, you will not get any support! The parcel is paid already so they don't fancy helping you. Customer service doesn't have any other number, they can give you an email address. By the way, to resolve anything from the trough department where si just emails address, it takes a month. I was trying to solve the issue since June, October someone come back to me that I have to wait another 120 days!!!! Never again will use this company and every person I meet I will give honest feedback to them!
