I went to a UPS drop of point Budgens in Watford. The staff were not very helpful. I had to go 3 times as 1st I was told your parcel does not have an invoice attached outside. Then when I went the 2nd time in the morning they said we dont take any parcels in the morning. I went the 3rd time this time the lady who was behind the counter said I dont care I need 3 print outs of the invoice. I even told her that 1 invoice is inside the parcel, 1 is attached on the parcel and asked her why she wanted the 3rd, she replied that it is UPS driver who needs to see.
It was very upsetting and unprofessional of that lady to speak to the customer like that.
