Terrible experience, I would give lower rating if it would exist.
We live in an apartment and out building doesn’t have a doorbell. Because of this we always have problems with delivery ( just saying every other company able to give us a call when the driver is there) so because of this I choose to collect my parcel.
In my recent order I have requested collection. I talked with customer service and they said my parcel will be available to collect next day. ( I called on Tuesday and tried to collect on Wednesday) when I arrived to the depot I have been told that despite my request they sent it out for delivery. The lady in the depot called the driver asked him to call me on delivery and messaged him my number. They gave me a delivery slot of 12.15pm-2.15pm. I have waited half an hour extra at home being late from work because of this just to find out it was pointless because the driver didn’t give me a call.
I talked to customer service again and they said they will sort it out and still deliver the same day and they call me back within an hour to confirm. I called them 3 hours later to check on it when they said they will deliver next day. One again I have requested collection as I have no trust in their drivers. I have been told that I can collect next day. By this time I was upset and tried to talk to someone in charge but been denied multiple times.
Next day I called customer service to double check if my parcel is ready for collection before I make my way yo the depot and the customer service representative confirmed that I can go to collect so I went.
Guess what… my parcel was not there. They best guess was that it is out for delivery again. They called the driver who had no idea if he has the parcel but they gave him my number.
I called customer service again, been said that the estimated delivery is 11.59 ( very precise of course not here by the promised time). At this point very frustrated and again refused to talk to a manager even if requested multiple times.
This is just ridiculous. Your company causing me financial loss not talking about my time. I am not even living close to the depot I only choose to collect because of the bad delivery service.
By now I traveled twice to the depot spend €10 euros for bus tickets, spend almost 4 hours of my time to try to collect (not even mentioning that I had to pay delivery fee for the item), also losing half an hour of wages being late from work waiting for your driver. I want compensation for this which is been refused together with the request to be able to speak someone in charge.
Definitely not going to order anything in the future delivered by UPS
Very disappointed of your service and would never ever recommend anyone of your service.
