Then you want recipient to go to your outlet to pick up package that shipping has already been paid. LAZY LAZY delivery person!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. UPS ONLY ONE That does this. If I could a negative-10 I would!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!! Can’t talk to a person cause they know they are a mess!!
