I sent package to Germany from UK on 15th of November and it still has not arrived today. There were dates given, recipient stayed home several times - for nothing ! Its playing with people!
Didn't even care to give information to the sender. Can not call them or email them, Web page full of un-nessecary fillings but not what you need when you need it. My Package is way to late now - would like to have compensation by now. At least apologies would be a sensible thing !
Very angry - not taking them again.
