If I could give negative 0 stars I would but I have no choice but to leave a 1 star which they do not even deserve! UPS has the absolute worst damn customer service ever in life and I have worked in customer service for a very long time both face to face and call center. No one could help me retrieve my damn shipping label that I had already paid for they just kept wanting to give me the number to some other department. I made my purchase around 3am and they do not open until 6am eastern time and I am on Pacific standard time so I waited 3 hours to get help after spending 30 to 45 mins online trying to figure it out myself. Only to be told my only option was to wait to speak to billing that didn't open until 8 eastern time to get my money back. So I had to wait several more hours for what NOTHING because they couldn't help me either just told me that my money would be released from pending through my bank in 2 to 3 business days automatically. So if you buy a shipping label you evidently have to use it immediately or they automatically release your payment in 2 to 3 business days on its own. So now I have to wait. Thank goodness USPS has a better system and is way cheaper I got my label with confirmation and free pickup and free insurance for 10 and change versus UPS that for the same service would have charged me 30 plus dollars. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never do business with UPS again there are to many other ways to ship these days to have ro deal with such shifty service and prices
