We are a small business that just started a few months ago. We use them in Europe and their service is excellent. So we got an order from America, and we are happy not knowing that UPS will show us another color. First, they said 'The apartment number is either missing or incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address.' they updated the address without calling the sender and the receiver! funny enough they updated the address. The next status we saw is that they have delivered the package to the front door. And the receiver said she didn't receive it. We checked the address, they have changed it to another address. The receiver went to the house they said they delivered it to ask for the package, getting to the house, they rang the bell, nobody answers but the light of the apartment was on. We called them (UPS) they said no information regarding the package. It is obvious that the drivers and the workers are taking people packages to their house or giving them to their family members.
Actually, they said they will refund but it is all about a refund. That is how we lost our first client.
