Ordered a phone through T-Mobile which was going to be shipped with UPS to the three shipping was stated when I placed my delivery. Placed my order on Monday the 20th it is now December 24, UPS decided to delay my order for no reason thanks you guys not my someone have a Christmas gift. So disappointing been having my cell phone being withheld at the same place since the 21st for no reason. Talk about false advertisement. When spoken to customer service all they had to say was sorry it wouldn’t be able to get delivered today or on time. Couldn’t even provide me with the location of where the device was.
