UPS lost my package 3 weeks ago and its almost as if they are doing everything in their power not to resolve it. Today i was told by the shipper (a large corporate company) that they would take the hit of the cost of the package which was about 100 dollars and just send me another one for free so that neither them or i have to deal with ups claim service anymore. UPS should be embarrased, their "customer service" is a pathetic joke.
