Though UPS tracking states that the last three packages were delivered to me, they were not. One was at a neighbor's house (out in the weather), one was never found, and I have just filed another "claim" for the second which was marked as delivered yesterday (06 Jan. 2022). It is my understanding that the fee I pay UPS for shipping means that the item will be delivered to my house. I can not contact a real person by phone and the claims service is ineffective. Clean up your act UPS.
