Ups were meant to deliver on Monday 17th but said they failed to deliver because no one answered the door, however, I'm home 24/7 and no one knocked on my door or ring my doorbell. I called ups on Monday and inform them of this and they said they will deliver again on Tuesday 18th and I received a tracking order for this delivery for Tuesday 18th, however delivery was not made. I called ups and they informed me that they need 24-hours to make re delivery, therefore, my package would get delivered on Wednesday the 19th. I called Ups on Wednesday and they told me that it is at the access point, so I told them to get it re delivered to a new address, which ups confirmed it will now be sent to the new address and it will take 2 days to do this. I have still not received email confirmation of this redelivery to the new address. I called the company who I bought the item from and they told me that the package is still at the Sunbury access point and will be there until the 27th of January before it can be redelivered.
