Worst delivery experience - apparently a call is too much to ask
It's been three days that I'm waiting for my parcel delivery at home and that I have instructed DHL to arrange for the delivery man to call me when at the gate for me to open it (only way to enter in the neighbourhood).
Yet it's been three times that the delivery man comes to the gate, doesn't call and go back stating that he didn't have access.
I keep calling customer services agents who apologise and transfer instructions to Dublin depot without any effect. But nothing changes. He keeps coming and going.
I've never seen such a level of unprofessionalism and incompetency. Last time I purchase something delivered by UPS or use UPS in anyway whatsoever.
