No one has been able to assist me. Just getting the same run around as always.
I originally sent a package out on November 14, 2021 giving myself a plenty of time to get this package there by Christmas. Well, I visited Africa and Dubai during the holidays and the package never arrived. After returning home, on January 19th I had requested to have the shipment cancelled and return back to sender. Today is April 7, 2022, and I still have yet to receive my package. Since Jan. 19th I have talked with their local store more than a half dozen times, and another half dozen time with their international department as well, and all they can tell me is that my request processed. I feel that UPS needs to search for a better tracking software or copy Amazon or its competitor, FEDEX.
if anyone from UPS could assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it, I just want my package returned back to me or refund me. The tracking number is 1Z21E5546758170458.
