I booked a collection with UPS in March. Firstly they never collected on my designated day and when I contacted the company they also couldn't locate my parcel. When they finally located the parcel it was already in the destination country. When I booked the collection the fee which was agreed to online i was very pleased with - I have just checked my PayPal to discover that UPS took 40£ more than the agreed payment. When it got to the recipient she was asked to pay a further 800$ more to collect her parcel else the parcel would be returned to the UK. This is over 90£ in charges. This was not the agreement I had with UPS. For all transactions no invoice was sent by email. Even in the recipients country she was not contacted with an invoice. I do not understand the service. How could you change my agreement without my consent and take a larger payment. So in all I have spent 200£ to send 4.80kg parcel with UPS. Pls I demand answers because this isn't right. I have used other companies to ship and I have never encountered what I've been through with UPS.
