I have had to spend my entire day camped out in front of my door to make sure the package I'm waiting on doesn't get sent back to the warehouse because the driver doesn't want to bother looking for it on his truck. I've watched as my est window went from 915-115 to 215-615 to 1015-215 and now 345-745. I have things to do. I have kids I have to pick up from school, events I have to reschedule because of incompetence or laziness. And on top of this, the app isn't working properly. Twice today the follow my delivery feature has been removed then added back. And I have another package that's been sitting in Little Rock since 4/11. That's 11 days. Not once did UPS let me know they've lost my order. Not once did they reach out about filing a claim. And they won't even let me file the claim, rather I had to contact the shipper on something 100% out of my control to request a claim be filed. They are the worst shipping company I have dealt with and I 100% understand why Amazon wants nothing to do with them. I don't understand how any business uses them. Garbage customer service, garbage delivery service.
