Ups services unbelievable BAD . My parcel paper work was missing. Few calls and emails all sorted and they informed me it is clear to move. Spain then France and then UK. And gave me delivery date. Sadanlly package start reverse. I contacted customer service and they said UK sorted incorrectly. They go back to sender and you have to start from beginning.
Their bed site is soon bad that you can not get any help or contact it is been more than 2 weeks and my package still in their warhorse.
