UPS customer service is SHOCKINGLY bad. No-one seems to have a clue. It was impossible to change the delivery details of a shipment (something that DHL does as a matter of course) and it's proven horribly time-consuming to set up UPSMyChoice. The activation code does not work, endless phone calls with people who refer you to other people or whose "screen is temporarily frozen" and let you wait on the phone for 10 minutes. I would NEVER use UPS to send anything anyway. But even receiving a shipment with/through them is an ordeal. Would give fewer than 1 star if possible.
