Dreadful service, we sent a parcel on 5th April to a customer in Switzerland who had an event on 25th April. The parcel was delivered on 9th May. We were not compensated for the loss of our goods as the customer naturally did not pay us. We were told on 13th April that the parcel was in Europe in fact it did not leave the UK till 5th May after the event took place. We must have spent 100 hours on this and are £95 out of pocket.
