On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 at 6045 Creditview RD, Mississauga, to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. While driving to Service Canada I noticed the photo on top of my forehead there was a yellow glare. I called and spoke to Ashley, who took my picture, and explained if these were be ok. She said the computer would not print if not ok. After waiting for about 2 hours in queue at Service Canada, the officer said these were not acceptable due to the yellow glare on my forehead as it did not match my skin colour. Afterwards I went to local Shoppers to get them done. On May 13, I went back to Service Canada and lined up for 2.5 hours. With the new photos at Shoppers all went well. Today, May 17 I finally found the time to go On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. Afterwards I went to local Shoppers to get them done. On May 13, I weback to the UPS and asked for the refund. Although the other female employee served me, Ashley was there and claimed she did not speak to me May 10. They demanded the rejection letter to prove the photos were not accepted. She showed me a box filled with rejection letters. Wow, so many complaints already. I wasn't aware Service Canada would issue such letter in person. Maybe if you mail the passport application. Now do they think I would line up again at Service Canada and request such letter? After leaving without a refund. the other customer told me she had the same issue with photo with her young daughter on the side of hair with yellow glare. She said she would never go back to that store for photos. Very disappointed for poor quality of the photos. See the attached picture and photo instruction from Service Canada re glare.
