Second package lost by UPS within 5 weeks. After 6 days of no delivery on an overnight package ....I asked them to aid in tracking the package that was being sent from Sarasota FL to Naples FL overnight. They claimed to have located in Indiana and told me it should be delivered in another 6 days.
No offer to try and expedite and no effort to show any empathy to the issue they have caused.
Our business and anyone we can influence will no longer use UPS.
Our decision to never use again wont directly affect such a large corporation but maybe if enough businesses choose other better shipping options eventually they will be forced to better service their clients when they mess up bad.
