DO NOT USE parcel delivered to wrong address sent back to depot after 5 days of numerous phone calls and emails and being told would be delivered today surprise it’s still sitting in Barking depot and the call centre manage can’t get through to Barking as they don’t want to answer the phone to their own colleagues so still no birthday present for tomorrow and no one knows when it will be delivered !!!!!
