How do people or companies like Costco use this third-class service to deliver customer products? This company should be banned from serving. Their delivery people are the worse service provider in the world. They just delayed my laptop delivery days after days even though it came to the local facility early. I have not received my laptop yet and I am going to claim a refund from Costco. Costco should not use UPS at all. Otherwise, they will lose revenue in the future the way they are going to lose laptop sales now from me.
