A package was delivered to my house and on it was a different address than mine. I spent over 30 minutes trying to contact someone at UPS who then told me they would be able to pick it up that night and take it to the correct person proximately 24 hours later that had not been done I called again they said they would again send a note via email to the district here in Cincinnati. Once again the package had not moved from my house so it’s now been over 2 1/2 days and it’s still sitting there. I called again to get a phone number and the phone number they gave me was for a store Who told me that was not in their purview.
I have now tried to contact the people on the front of the package via websites but as of no Avail.
I will not use UPS and will request when I purchase things via the Internet that they be sent to me through a different carrier because of this air
